Ice disk that is roughly 100 yards wide has formed in the Presumpscot River

A spinning ice disk that is roughly 100 yards wide has formed in the Presumpscot River near Portland, Maine. Westbrook city officials say itsa¹ú¼Ê´«Ã½™s believed to have formed naturally in a part of the river where the current creates a whirlpool.
