Dear old dad doesnsa国际传媒檛 get the same level of celebration as mom does on her special day, according to a study released by RetailMeNot on Tuesday.

The survey found that Fathersa国际传媒檚 Day just isnsa国际传媒檛 a big deal to 49 per cent of Canadians. And men are more than a little bet upset about it; 81 per cent believe that Mothersa国际传媒檚 Day outshines Fathersa国际传媒檚 Day and 40 per cent of dads are upset when their kids forget about them.

Even when kids do remember to celebrate their dads come June, RetailMeNot found they donsa国际传媒檛 do it to the same degree as they did for mom: on average, kids spend $50 less on dad than they do on mom.
