How often does Coun. Gail Given drive on Highway 97 without any passengers? Has she ever experienced the frustration of trying to move into the HOV lane in order to turn right? If yes, how often?

Alistair Waterssa国际传媒� article on page A1 sa国际传媒淕et Out: A Kelowna councillor lashed out at lone drivers who use the HOV lanesa国际传媒� doesnsa国际传媒檛 mention Givensa国际传媒檚 own driving experiences on Highway 97. Perhaps he can ask her (and all other council members) the same questions for a follow-up article.
