The man driving a vehicle identified as suspicious after the driver attempted to hand out candy to children has turned himself in.
According to the Revelstoke RCMP they investigated and are assured that there were no bad intentions behind the actions.

Kids in Arrow Heights were offered candy from strangers in a dark-coloured van on Dec. 7.
The Revelstoke RCMP received a report of the suspicious vehicle and a concerned adult, who observed the situation, took a picture of the vehicle.
The RCMP circulated the picture Dec. 9 in an attempt to gather more information.
