Environment Canada issues snow warning for Highway 3

The Paulson Summit and Kootenay Pass are included in the alert

Environment Canada has issued a warning of storm conditions, with reduced visibility and heavy snow, for Highway 3 from the Paulson Summit to Kootenay Pass.

The storm is expected to taper off Tuesday afternoon.
