A dog has died after a house caught fire in West Kelowna Wednesday evening.
The blaze started just after 6 p.m. and was witnesses say it was already fully involved when firefighters got to the home on Westside Road in Tradersa国际传媒檚 Cove.
Wilson Landing Fire chief Don Bennison said it was a stubborn fire, but that crews got the job done.

Bennison said that the residentsa国际传媒檚 pet dog may have been lost in the fire, and they wonsa国际传媒檛 know the cause of the fire until the investigation is completed.
The home was largely destroyed by the blaze.
