Next weekend, the UBC Okanagan Heat basketball games are going to be on television.
In an agreement between Canada West and CBC, a new streaming deal has been announced, in which feature sa国际传媒榞ames of the weeksa国际传媒� will be broadcasted on CBC Gem, cbcsports.ca, or the CBC Sports app.
On Friday, Jan. 25, the UBCO Heat mensa国际传媒檚 and womensa国际传媒檚 basketball teams will have their chance to be seen live across the country as they welcome the UBC Thunderbirds to town. The womensa国际传媒檚 teams have at 5 p.m. followed by the men at 7 p.m.
For the rest of the season, 20 games will be broadcasted, across 17 post-secondary schools in the conference. They will feature basketball, volleyball, and hockey games, including six championship games.
