Missing young Kelowna couple found safe

The Kelowna RCMP is no longer searching for a couple that was reported missing on Jan. 21. They have been found safely.

Police would like to thank the public and local media in their assistance.

The Kelowna RCMP is asking for the publicsa国际传媒檚 help in finding a missing couple.

On Jan. 21st, the RCMP was made aware of two individuals that are possibly missing from the citysa国际传媒檚 downtown area.

Katrina Brown, who is 18 years old was last heard from on Jan. 8, 2024, while her 24-year-old boyfriend Isaac Saari was last spoken to on Jan. 17. They havensa国际传媒檛 been heard from since, however, they were seen together on Jan. 11 in the 1500 block of Banks Road.

Both of them have been remaining in contact with family, friends, and associates despite they are both believed to be without housing. According to the RCMP, Brown and Saari being out of contact with their family is out of character and there is concern for their well-being.

Brown is:

  • First Nations female;
  • 5sa国际传媒5sa国际传媒;
  • 106 lbs;
  • Long black hair with a possible red streak;
  • Brown eyes;
  • Last seen wearing dark grey pants, long black jacket, grey toque, black shirt, and black high-top shoes.

While Saari is described as:

  • Caucasian male;
  • 6sa国际传媒0sa国际传媒;
  • 160 lbs;
  • Shoulder-length brown hair;
  • Brown eyes (often wears coloured contacts);
  • Last seen wearing a grey and black jacket, red patterned jeans, black high-top shoes, burgundy toque, black rimmed glasses.

Anyone who sees Brown and Saari or knows their whereabouts is to call the Kelowna RCMP at 250-762-3300 and reference with file number 2024-3953.
