Altercation between 2 youths temporarily closed Rutland YMCA: RCMP

An altercation between two youths forced a temporary evacuation at the YMCA in Rutland on Tuesday night, Aug. 20.

During the disagreement, a 'spray substance' was used, according to Kelowna RCMP

Both parties were identified by officers and an investigation is ongoing.

"This was an isolated incident and there in no danger to the public," stated Kelowna RCMP.
