Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is apologizing for wearing brown facial makeup to an sa国际传媒淎rabian Nightssa国际传媒� party in 2001, saying he should have known better, and hesa国际传媒檚 asking for the forgiveness of Canadians.

Trudeau also says that in high school, he wore makeup while performing a version of the Harry Belafonte song, sa国际传媒淏anana Boat Song (Day-O).sa国际传媒�

He made the apology sa国际传媒� and the admission sa国际传媒� in a news conference on board his campaign plane after the photo was published online earlier Friday by Time magazine.
