Legendary rock band Nazareth will headline the opening night of Penticton Peach Festival on Aug. 7.
The pioneers of Scottish Rock will have the Phonix Dance Band open for them.

The bands join previously announced artists Honeymoon Suite, the Odds, Steven Lee Olsen and Lydia Sutherland who are set to take the stage at Peach Fest.
Nazarethsa国际传媒檚 54-year history began in 1970 when the original members formed the group. Their breakthrough album, Razamanaz, was released in 1973 and had hit tracks like Broken Down Angel and Bad Bad Boy.
The band took the international stage with the album Hair of the Dog, and the iconic single Love Hurts.
Original founding member Pete Agnew is joined by Lee Agnew, Jimmy Murrison sa国际传媒 the bandsa国际传媒檚 longest-serving guitarist sa国际传媒 and vocalist Carl Sentance.

Opening the stage for Nazareth is Phonix Dance Band. This award-winning party band boasts Grammy, JUNO, and CCMA award-winning members who have shared stages with performers such as Quincy Jones, Village People, Bif Naked, Jo Jo Mason, and Hey Ocean.
Phonix is a nine-piece powerhouse, delivering a diverse set list of classic hits of the 1950s to todaysa国际传媒檚 sa国际传媒淭op 40sa国际传媒 chart-toppers.
Nazarathsa国际传媒檚 performance, presented by Peter Bros. Paving, and Phonix, presented by the Penticton Lakeside Resort, will take over the Peach Festival Main Stage in Okanagan Lake Park.
