Meet Rigby, a 13-week old Border Collie with tons of energy and love to share.

Currently being fostered by Alicia in Kelowna, Rigby is hoping to be adopted by someone who shares his love of running and playing.

She says Rigby is good around both cats and other dogs.

Described by Alicia as a sa国际传媒榖ig, cuddly puff of fursa国际传媒� Rigby is vet checked, micro chipped, dewormed, vaccinated and ready to find his forever home.
